The writer and director of the award winning films Daughter of the King and Tuned In Matthew Marshall is looking for cast and crew for new short film Malicious Attack. The film is in pre-production and is set to be filmed early spring of 2017. Story deals with the issue of bullying.
Marshall is coming off the success of his very successful feature film Daughter of the King which has won 32 Awards, has 16 Official Selections, 3 Nominations and an Official Finalist at film festivals all around the world. Tuned In’s Marshall newest short film dealing with cell phones, family and personal relationships has won twenty awards and has four official showings at film festivals around the word since it’s release in August 2016. Awards included “Best of Festival” and “Best Short”, along with five other awards at the Bakker International Film Festival in Blenheim, Ontario. The film also won “Best Mini Film”, “Best Message”, The “Family Award” as well as nine other awards at the Christian Online Film Festival.
This newest short film will be filmed in South-western Ontario Canada (St Thomas, Ontario, Canada, Chatham, Ontario, Canada and London, Ontario Canada) The plot is about Naomi a teenager girl is pushed to her limits by a group of girls at her school who make her the target of their bullying attacks until Naomi reaches a break point.
