Editing of the new 12 Disciples Christian short film Tuned In written and directed by m & s Marshall Productions co-owner Matthew Marshall completed it’s second day in the Productionmark editing facility. The last and possibly most moving scene of the movie which is Scene 12 features Marley Cabral as Emma and Corina Leatherdale as her mother in a deep mother daughter discussion that “tune ins” on the main themes of the film.
Along with editing the final scene audio mixing and folly work was performed as well as creating the visuals for the end credits and laying a base credit bed down. Marshall is very happy with the end product. “it is looking very good and the pace is very fast. The film does not drag at all. Yet the message is easy to receive, “say Marshall when talking about the production
The film is about Emma (Marley Cabral), a teenager who disobeys dinner table rules of her parents (played by Corina Leatherdale and Jamie Rainbird) by having her cell phone at the table, gets grounded until she learns to get her priorities straight and learns the value of relationships. The story will make you think twice when you touch your phone. It’s a great ice breaker if you want to bring the device dependency issue to the table… and, the moral of the story is just breathtaking. Marshall encourages people to make sure they “Stay Tuned” for the release and for them to “tune in” to the right station to find out more about the film!
