The London District Christian High School is presenting the dramatic presentation of the Broadway Musical “Little Women” in the up coming weeks. With the highlight being a special fundraising dinner on Saturday April 8th.
the Louisa May Alcott literary classic comes to life in by the students of LDCSS. The Broadway Musical is set in the 1860s during the American Civil War. Little Women is a story of survival that encourages audiences with words and songs of hope. The story tells the tale of Jo March and her family as they face various trials and tribulations with great determination and perseverance, relying on the strength of their family bond to carry them forward.
The cast has been warming up for the big show by performing a couple matinees for elementary school students. The first evening show is Friday, March 31st @ 7:30 and then another show on Saturday April 1st. They have a matinee show at 1 pm on Wednesday April 5th and then an evening show on Friday April 7th before the big dinner theatre on the Saturday April 8th. Doors open at 5 pm, Dinner is served at 5:30 pm. Show begins at 7:30 pm with dessert served during the intermission. Tickets are $35 to cover the cost of the meal and drama presentation.

London District Christian Secondary School has been the location of a number of scenes in Matthew Marshall’s short film Malicious Attack. Also the school was a location for a scene from Tuned In another of Marshall’s short films which was released in August 2016.
